Some collaborations just make perfect sense, and this is certainly one of them. Kevin “Spanky” Long and one of skateboarding’s most respected art dudes, Mike Gigliotti, have come together to give the Spanky Hi a fresh, limited-edition twist—and it’s officially available in skateshops and online today, April 10.
To celebrate the release, Spanky, Figgy, P Frank and Stu Kirst hit the streets to give the kicks their worst! Hey, seems to me like they’re working. Peep the edit then get a closer look at the new ‘Spanky Hi x Lottie’ below.

“The resident Baker Skateboards artist brings the rawness of his work to create the Emerica Spanky Hi x Lottie,” Emerica mentioned. “The Spanky Hi—a staple in Emerica’s lineup—is known for its sleek silhouette, reinforced durability, and board feel. All essentials for Spanky’s skateboarding. Now, with Gigliotti’s unmistakable hand-drawn aesthetic, this edition carries the Lottie vibe, bridging Mikes art and Spankys aesthetic.”

I thought the edit was super rad. Very Spanky-esque. A little out there, plenty of ripping clips and most importantly, it gave us a proper look at the shoes in use.
There’s obviously no better way to introduce a skate shoe than to actually skate them. And watching this crew do their thing is all the proof you need that Spanky’s new shoe holds up under pressure. Boom!
Look for Emerica’s new Spanky Hi x Lottie at your local skateshop or cop a pair on the Emerica site. Spanky and Gigliotti? Truly can’t go wrong. Okay, go skate!
