Emerica is keeping things fresh for Spring with a new lineup of ‘Low Vulc’ colorways, including the Tan/Blue/Green bangers you see below. Low-profile, proper board feel, signature Emerica style—the Low Vulc continues to be a go-to for skaters who want a clean, functional shoe that can be put through the ringer! Take a look:

“The Low Vulc holds true to Emerica quality and design heritage, focusing on more board feel with its low-profile control while still offering the support of a G6 insole,” Emerica mentions on their site.
And although I haven’t skated a pair of these personally, I can’t deny the fact that these do certainly hold true to Emerica’s design heritage.

Emerica is one of the few “skate shoe” brands left these days, or at least one of the brands who continue to put up a fight.
That said, they have gone through plenty of changes over the past year or so—internally, team-wise, and who knows what else—but it’s comforting to see dudes like Figgy, Dickson, Leo and Spanky still skating them proudly.
They did some archive digging last year, too. Just like most brands. But they still have plenty of fresh, new models in the line. And with new colorway drops like this ready for Spring, I’d say things look good from the outside looking in.
