After months of teasers and plenty of chatter, the Nike SB ‘Rodeo’ Dunks are finally locked in for a mid-April release, with April 17 as the estimated drop date.
Originally expected to launch in February for Black History Month, these Dunks saw more than a few delays since they were first teased, but the anticipation remained. Hot on the heels of the Nike SB Yuto ‘Matcha’ Dunks (and the Jordan 4s), the SB drops just keep coming in 2025! Take a look:

Nike has obviously never been afraid to mix things up, and the Dunk hype is as alive and well as ever! But let’s be real—this is definitely one of those SB releases that most people won’t actually skate. I’m happy to debate, though!

Regardless, whether you’re into the colorway or not, the storytelling behind the ‘Rodeo’ Dunks adds another layer to the release. While details on the inspiration haven’t officially been released from Nike, what we’ve heard so far is worth keeping an eye on.
