Well, this is certainly not your average earbud commercial. Or, actually, maybe it is?
Regardless, Skullcandy just dropped a full-blown action-movie parody to hype up their new Method 360 ANC earbuds. It’s pretty ridiculous, in the best way possible, and features cameos from some of skateboarding’s finest.
From Tony Hawk and Una Farrar to Spanky, Mason Silva, and a handful of others, it really does watch like a mini movie. I’d expect nothing less from Skullcandy, though. Do yourself and favor and give it a watch:

If you’re wondering why it leads, I will say this—these aren’t just some basic little earbuds. They’re powered by Bose, which means they’re packed with that noise canceling technology we’ve grown to admire from the brand.

But yeah, back to the video—it’s pretty funny. And honestly, it answers one of the main questions I had when I first saw Hawk join the Skullcandy team: “Should we expect some exclusive content?” Based on this? I’d say that’s a yes. The Birdman can do it all!

I really like what Skullcandy has been doing over the last year or so. The brand has sort of always been around, you know? But lately, it seems like the team is getting tighter and everything just feels a bit more authentic. And they’re clearly still out there having fun.
